Heat Shrink Tubing

Heat shrink tubing with markings provides clear identification of cables and conductors in installations where space is limited. When heated, the tubing conforms to the diameter of the cable, creating a secure fit without protruding parts. The material is easy to apply and can also be used to protect or repair minor damage to cable insulation.

The heat shrink tubing is made of halogen-free polyolefin, a flexible and durable material that is resistant to heat, UV radiation and chemicals. When heated to at least 90 °C, the tubing shrinks around the cable and creates a tight and secure fit. The material has good fire properties and meets RoHS requirements, among other things.

How long is the delivery time for heat shrink tubing?
Your signs are produced and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Normal delivery time is approximately one day.

How to apply the heat shrink tubing?
Thread the heat shrink tubing over the cable and heat it with a heat gun, for example. The material will then shrink around the cable, creating a tight fit.

Can the heat shrink tubing be used outdoors?
Yes, the material is UV stable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Which size should I choose?
Choose a size that fits the diameter of the cable within the working range of the hose before and after shrinking. The correct dimension provides a secure fit and clear marking.
