Printed Aluminium Signs

Printed aluminium signs are used in environments where the marking needs to combine clear printing with high durability. The material is suitable for installations exposed to moisture, high and low temperatures, and mechanical stress over time.

The signs are made of aluminium alloy 5005 H42, a combination of aluminium and magnesium that provides low weight and durability. The material can withstand temperatures from -50°C to +90°C and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The four-colour print is protected by a scratch-resistant and UV-stable laminate that prevents wear and fading.

With sizes from 10 x 6mm up to 1000 x 1000mm, they can be used for detail marking and larger information areas. Select the “adhesive” option to add a self-adhesive backing. It is applied directly to the signs during manufacturing and provides easy and quick assembly without screws or tools.

You can choose between several designs depending on the area of ​​use:

• White Background: neutral surface for accurate reproduction of the print
• Brushed Aluminium: gives a more exclusive expression
• Photoluminescent: glows in the dark (common for escape signs)
• Reflective: increases visibility in dark environments

White colour is not printed, which means that white parts of the motif show the surface of the material. If you want white elements on your sign, select “white background”.

Each sign is manufactured based on your selections in the ordering tool. Production starts within a few minutes on weekdays until 6:00 PM. All signs are checked and cleaned thoroughly before delivery.

How long is the delivery time?
Your signs are produced and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Normal delivery time is approximately one day.

Can the signs be used outdoors?
Yes, the material is a safe choice for both indoor and outdoor use and has good resistance to UV radiation, moisture and changing temperatures.

How do I add symbols, icons and logos?
You can easily add symbols, icons and logos in the ordering tool. Choose from our library or upload your own file and place it directly on the sign. See our guide on how to save and manage images.

Can I add QR codes and barcodes?
You can create both QR codes and barcodes directly in the web tool and place them on the sign.

Is there an adhesive backing?
Yes, an adhesive backing is available as an option and makes installation quick without screws or other fasteners.
