We always use and look for the most environmentally friendly products and methods available.
We achieve this by:In addition to shutting down machines and lights when not in use, we also recycle the heat generated by our machines using an air heat exchanger. "The X-changer 2000", as coined by our team, is built according to our own design, with a capacity of 12 cubic meters per second.
The roofs of our factories are covered with solar panels, a total of 120 modules with a maximum capacity of 99 kWp. During the bright part of the year, they produce all the energy we need and some extra. Over the course of the year, we produce slightly more than we consume. The electricity we don't use, we send back to the grid, contributing to securing the energy supply for others.
The modules are certified according to ISO 14001:2015.This includes electronics, paint cans, metal, scraps from the production of plastic signs, aluminium, glass jars, batteries, cardboard, paper, and soft plastic.
For every purchase, whether it's sign materials or detergent, we do our utmost to choose environmentally friendly products. Sometimes, when it is not possible, and instead, we look for the most sustainable option in the long run. Meaning, when we choose a material for manufacturing signs, it’s important that they will remain intact and legible over a long period of time, both for the installation's sake but also for the environment.
We are very pleased that our transport companies constantly work on planning and optimising transportation to achieve the best possible flow with the least climate impact.
