The normal dispatch time is 24 hours for engraved signs in plastic, metal, printed plastic, aluminium and stickers. For embossed cable markers the dispatch time is 72 hours.

-I want to place an order, but I've forgotten my password |
If you’re already a customer we can send you a password reset link. Just click the text "Forgot password?" you can find it up in the right-hand corner of the page. If you are not a customer yet, you can register here.

-Do I get a discount when I order many signs? |
Yes, all discounts are automatically added to your total. When you order for more than £100 you get 10% discount and for more than £200 you get 15%. The discount is shown automatically in the tool along with the total price.

-I need to change my contact information, how do I do that?
|
You can easily change address, phone number and contact person under "Change address". "Change address" will appear in the menu when signing in. You can also change your password there.

-I´ve taken over the responsibility of ordering signs and want to know what we have ordered previously. Where can I find this?
|
Sign into your account and go to "Order history". There you will find all your previous orders and the invoices. You can open a project by clicking "SSO" to the far right. You can also click the disk symbol to get the delivery note. If you open a project, you can use it as a start for your new project. Just change what you need and then click "Save as" to create a new name for the file.

-Can I get my own password for my company account?
|
Every account is linked to just one password. But you are more than welcome to register a new account for the same company.

-What do I do if I've lost my invoice?
|
No problem, you have easy access to your invoices by clicking "Order history" and choosing "Invoices". You will get that menu option by signing in. From there, you can also print out the invoices giving you easy access anytime.

-I discovered a mistake I made on a sign. Can I redo it or do I have to start all over?
|
All your projects are saved and you can open them again easily in the Sign Studio. Sign in and select the tool where you made the sign. Click "Open" and choose the project. Mark the sign you need to change in the list at the bottom of the page, make the changes and click "Save as". Don’t forget to delete the signs you don’t want to order again.

-I have a long list of signs in an Excel file, is there an easy way to order from that list?

Yes, then you should use our Excel-import function! Find the product that you need and click the "Excel-import". Follow the instructions. In Sign Studio Advanced you need different Excel-files for each individual template. Simply open the template you need, download the Excel-file, make the changes in Excel and then upload it.

-I want to order plastic signs, metal signs and cable marks at the same time. Can I get them in the same package?
|
Yes! Start by making one project, for example, plastic signs, but instead of ordering the signs right away, save the project. Then move on to the next material, create the signs you need and save that project. When you have finished with your last sign click "Open". Mark the projects you have just made by clicking in the checkbox to the right and then click "Order selected". On the following screen, you will see a summary of all the signs you are about to order. Click "Send order" if it’s correct.

-Can I use the plastic signs outdoors?
|
Yes, the laminated plastic is very durable and suitable for outdoor use. Most of the colours are UV-stable and will last in the sun without fading. In really heavy weather environments with salt water or chemicals we recommend metal signs.

-I would like to order a sign with our logo on it, is this possible?
|
Yes, in our web tool Sign Studio Advanced you can add logos and other pictures to your sign. You can also create templates for different signs and save both the signs and the pictures for use later on your account.
